8.5/10 Stars: A comedic contemporary fantasy based on a popular Joseon legend with a romance and plot that doesn't sink.

8/10 Stars: A perfect starter Xianxia with oodles of silly whimsy and angst, a swoony 2ML, and a ML you grow to root for.

This rating is based purely on entertainment value. It is a fun time not a quality time. I'd recommend to those who are willing to suspend disbelief in favor of great chemistry and swoony romance.

9/10 Stars: A romance that leans into the dramatics and comedy of a Telenovela, but turns to be so much more with a a married couple and family you grow to love.

8/10 Stars: A quiet, non-romance mystery told in two timelines, with an ensemble of ancient avengers who assemble to take down a Harvey Weinstein wannabe in a man bun in an absolutely devastating quest for impossible justice.

8/10 Stars: A Ming Dynasty Bachelorette where the winner not only gets a rose, but a big ol' tea farm in a romance starring a feirce FL and a loyal ML, whose love story took the backseat to an engrossing fight for the family throne.

8/10 Stars: A Dream of Splendor is loosely based on the 13th century Yuan dynasty play, Zhao Pan'er Fenguye Jiu Feng Chen, by Guan Hanqing. The play explores the prevailing Caste System of the Song Dynasty through three independent women trying carve out a life for themselves under its yoke...
