8.4/10 Stars: The battle for work/life balance commences when the legendary assassin Kingfisher returns to the workplace after maternity leave and finds herself in the the line of fire of the police and a very determined journalist… who also happens to be her husband.

6.9/10 Stars: Spooky in love was touted by marketing material as a supernatural romance with chills and thrills galore, but it was merely your average Chaebol Rom Com dressed up in ghostly attire it ditched all too soon. Though it wasn’t as spook-tacular (I couldn’t help myself) as I hoped it would be, it was still a nice time and added some fun to tired tropes. And with the utter graveyard of failed dramas this year, the barebones of a good story is enough for me.

What. Could. Have Been. Dream to You promised a tale as old as trope, featuring the classic high school sweethearts torn apart without rhyme or reason reuniting in adulthood. And I guess it was that, just done badly...

Dropped: Our Sticky Love isn't a sticky as it thought it was, because it in no way adhered to my good opinion. The drama is a Rom Com that tried desperately to be cheeky by being self aware and referential with sly looks directly at the camera, but drank too much of it's own K-Drama kool aid to think about how it looked on the other end.

The plot of Undercover High School is so unserious. It's meant to be a pure action comedy, wasn't ever actually that funny...

Summer Strike follows introverts falling in love, with the similar vibes of daily life and burn out found in We Are All Trying Here and My Liberation Notes (but less heavy). The drama is very quiet and VERY slow paced...

So I'm torn... because the first chunk of episodes were so funny, but the plot lost it's flavor the longer it went on. ..

Dropped: The premise of Death's Game is so interesting, and the series received rave reviews for both acting and story so I went in with high expectations.

Dropped: No, the title is not a typo; the drama is in fact called "W". The premise was fun and felt very 2010's CW with a Female Lead who transmigrates into the comic book her father created, only to end up falling in love with its fictional protagonist...

Dropped: King the Land is a fluffy, no stakes rom com about the "king" (aka Chaebol) of a hotel who falls in love with a capable employee. It gave hallmark and 2010's rom com energy, but I still wanted more from it...

Dropped: Strong Girl Nam Soon is quite the deviation from Strong Girl Bong Soon (Also Known as: Strong Woman Bong Soon). The drama is a spin off that was looking to capitalize on the popularity of the originator with a bigger budget, shiny cast, and Marvel aspirations. Alas. ..

Dropped: My Liberation Notes is an incredibly slow and thoughtful drama, packed to the brim with amazing dialogue that explores the mundane and downright depressing of everyday life in a way that doesn't sugar coat things, but treats it to its best angle. The drama is written by the same screenwriter as We Are All Trying Here and My Mister, so the vibes are indeed depressing, and much second hand embarrassment will be thrust on your eyeballs. ...

I really liked the first few episodes and thought the leads had great chemistry. Unfortunately, the FL was too immature for her age for me to take her seriously and after the "mystery" is revealed the story drags. The secondary romance was also kind of weird...

Dropped: A contemporary fantasy with Nine Tailed Aspirations with a likable couple, but the acting wasn't there for me. ..

Dropped: This one is on me. I didn't pay attention to the MA rating and was caught off guard by all the swearing. I'm a wimp when it comes to that sort of thing, but I know people really like this one, so if that's not a concern, I say go for it!

5.6/10 Stars: My Dearest Nemesis is corny in the way burnt popcorn is: Overdone, stale, and inedible. You can find fresher, calorie filled entertainment to snack on elsewhere.

5.7/10 Stars: A Hallmark story that lacked energy, chemistry, and common sense. It wasn't awful, but I wish I would've dropped.
