Synopsis:
As a high schooler, Ju I Jae dreamed of becoming a filmmaker, pushing aside other obligations to create her own short films. Her classmate Woo Su Bin, on the other hand, was studious but passionless, resigned to following his family's wishes. Su Bin found inspiration in I Jae’s tenacity, and the two developed a friendship that later turned romantic. However, shortly after their college entrance exams, Su Bin withdrew from I Jae’s life, telling her that his family was sending him overseas. In their thirties, they live drastically different lives: I Jae is a struggling TV reporter disillusioned with life, while Su Bin is an award-winning film director. Upon their sudden reunion, Su Bin resolves to help I Jae get her spark back, while I Jae still holds a grudge from years before. Can they use this second chance to reconcile? @IMBD

What. Could. Have Been.
Dream to You promised a tale as old as trope, featuring the classic high school sweethearts torn apart without rhyme or reason reuniting in adulthood. And I guess it was that, just done badly. Woo Su Bin (ML) and Ju I Jae (FL) were adorable in high school and I enjoyed their flashbacks (kudos to the casting director for picking actors who have drunk from the fountain of youth), but nothing made sense about their reunion in adulthood. Ju I Jae (Fl) holds some seriouis greivances against her former boo, but it just came off as petty. She acts like he's the sandman, but he didn't steal her dream and for the love, was in high school when they "separated". So much of his life wasn't his choice. On the flip side, it's straight up weird that Woo Su Bin thinks he can waltz back in and reclaim his spot in I Jae's life. It's been years, brah. His character was too similar to his role in Family By Choice in both storyline and the acting choices Hwang In Youp made.
I didn't care at all about the secondary couple, nor the third (?) couple, and thought the story had too many storylines for what it should have been: see trope above.
If you like the actors and don't mind unreasonable characters, then maybe give it a shot, but from what I've seen the ending is pretty frustrating.
