The premise was a fun twist on a superhero tale that thankfully stays grounded and contained, adding fun to an already enjoyable romance. The cancelled Kim Ji Soo makes an appearance as the 2ML and I honestly forgot he was in this lol. I really liked certain aspects of the drama...

Strong Girl Nam Soon is quite the deviation from Strong Girl Bong Soon (Also Known as: Strong Woman Bong Soon). The drama is a spin off that was looking to capitalize on the popularity of the originator with a bigger budget, shiny cast, and Marvel aspirations. Alas. ..

Okay, so these actors are only 2 years apart, but why does she look so much younger!!!! Lee Hye Ri has been gifted eternal youth and it just threw me off. I think it was made worse by the fact that Shin Woo Yeo (ML) is a professor at her University, and serves up "Edward Cullen" energy by being 1000 years old...

I fear my decision to drop may be on me. Nine Tailed promised a cool modern fantasy romance and it delivered, but there was just something missing...

A contemporary fantasy with Nine Tailed Aspirations with a likable couple, but the acting wasn't there for me. ..

2.7/5 Stars: A modern day Journey to the West with a lifeless human FL and immortal characters with (thankfully) a lot of charm. The story suffered from choppy pacing, directionless narrative, and the impressive lack of chemistry between the main couple. It was an Odyssey alright, just Odysseus's. I joke, it wasn't THAT bad.

3.1/5 Stars: A Contemporary Fantasy that tries too hard to feel like a Marvel show with a sky high budget, on location shoots, and a great cast that struggled with their inconsistent characters trapped in a convoluted plot like a Genie in a bottle. I would like to make a wish that this was better.

3.3/5 Stars: This tragically not about ping pong, but instead is a fantasy drama intermingled with a mystery that brings our somewhat lifeless funeral directer female lead and a Jack of All trades together. A fine watch if you have time.

3.4/5 Stars: Check in at the Hotel Del Luna to help out a ghost of the week in a drama with a promising premise that drags, and doesn't let its stars reach their full potential.

3.6/5 Stars: A supernatural romance with good chemistry and decent acting that struggled to overcome a convoluted plot that only works when you don't think about it.

3.75/5 Stars: A magical, but sometimes edgy mystery, with a fun office setting and inherited angst.

2.6/5 Stars: Cheesy, but like a bleu cheese. Not for me.

3.8/5 Stars: Perfect for Fall, Goblin is a product of it's time that holds up in more ways than it doesn't
