Synopsis:
Dan is a care-free angel who always gets into trouble. In order to return to heaven, he is tasked with a mission to find true love for a cold and single-minded ballerina Lee Yun Seo, but ends up falling for her himself. @IMBD
Spoiler-Free Mini Review:
A cheesy bowl of meh about a rule breaking angel rocking birdlike wings (only when wet?) who must help a scrooge McDuck Female Lead with many grievances learn to love, so he can go to heaven. The leads didn't have much chemistry and their "love" came out of absolutely nowhere. I never bought it.
The family is cartoonishly evil and Ni Na was an annoying character that everyone made excuses for. The show deals with angels, leaning non-denominational Christian, and religion is used more as a magic system than belief system.
The highlight was episode 8 which featured the most unnatural piggy back ride my eyes have ever beheld...Did the costume department not know she was filming that scene in that outfit lol. None of the actors impressed me and the story ran out of steam early on. It had a lot of potential with interweaving the ballet's storyline into the drama storyline, but alas.
Story=2.5 (Had originality and potential but crashed early on. The connection between the story and Gisele was lost) , Acting=2 (To quote Donald Trump talking about Tylenol (rolls eyes)--Not good.
