6/10 Stars: A short, fluffy Rom Com that felt like an underdeveloped Our Beloved Summer.

6/10 Stars: Generation to Generation is an.. uh.. unexpected feast for the eyes, that really leans into the zany with crazy costumes, terrible lighting, and remarkably bad editing. Despite this, some wisps of a great story still peak through, aided by a fantastic older generation of characters, and younger characters (and actors) who still have a long way to go.

6.2/10 Stars: A robot pretending to be a human and a human pretending to to be a bodyguard fall in love in a Sci Fi romance straight outta the 2010's that takes itself a little too seriously. lol.

6.2/10 Stars: A drama made up of themes delving into marital status and societal expectations, with frustrating characters and a final arc that left me salty.

6.2/10 Stars: A genre rollercoaster that is sure to give you whiplash with a standout performance by Go Youn Jung, who gave her all to translate a convoluted plot into something with meaning. Can this love be translated? Eh, I'm not sure....It was a confuddling time.

6.3/10 Stars: A Contemporary Fantasy that tries too hard to be like a Marvel show with a sky high budget, on location shoots, and a great cast who struggled with their inconsistent characters, as they found themselves trapped in a convoluted plot like a Genie in a bottle. I would like to make a wish that this was better.

6.4/10 Stars: A Robin Hood-esque Joeson tale of body swapping and romance that suffers from severe miscasting and inconsistent story telling, but is still a mostly pleasant watch.

6.4/10 Stars: A middle of the road period fantasy drama without high highs or low lows.

6.5/10 Stars: A slow, creeping mystery that led to nowhere, but kept me guessing until the bitter end.

6/10 Stars: A twisty, complex Xianxia whose story is wasted on a high school theatre level production, bland acting, and too many episodes. Put me in there coach, and I will paper mache a set worthy of the plot. I can't full heartedly recommend, but the story is good...It's just all the other things.

6/10 Stars: A silly Xianxia that embraces absurdity over angst, in a somewhat bumpy, but fun ride that almost pushed me to the brink of dropping with its uneven pacing. However, it reeled me back in with the bewildering whimsy.

6.2/10 Stars: A slow, quiet drama starring a Female Lead with a stone cold heart, in a story that is neither fully a Wuxia or a romance, but instead is an introspective journey of individuals looking for a flicker of light in a stormy world.

3.1/5 Stars: A Xianxia that tells the same 6.2/10 Stars: A Xianxia that tells the same old story well, with a battle hardened FL who struggles to emote and a ML who considers love a taboo. Pacing is iffy and acting wasn't the strength, but there was good chemistry and production quality.

6.2/5 Stars: The First Frost (a standalone sister drama to Hidden Love) is what I imagine Wattpad is probably like. We have an irresistible FL, stalkerish ML, and so much contrived trauma it felt like the spiritual successor of the novel, A Little Life. The vibes were off, but it is very popular internationally.

6.4/10 Stars: A perfectly blasé idol drama that was underwhelming in its flat acting and predictable story, but committed no crimes. Only a good watch when there is nothing else to watch.

6.7/10 Stars: This tragically is not about ping pong, but instead is a fantasy drama intermingled with a mystery that brings our somewhat lifeless funeral directer female lead and a Jack of All trades ML together. A fine watch if you have time.

6.7/10 Stars: A melancholy look at the aftermath of a failed inter-cultural relationship, where former lovers reunite by chance and must reexamine the past to determine the future they truly want.

6.75/10 Stars: A Masquerade (2012) and Prince and the Pauper retelling that nails the duality of the role with an excellent performance by Yeo Jin Goo, but muddies the water with slow moving politics and a need to be beholden to the original storyline.
