Youku Investment Conference: New Trailers, Posters, And Announcements
So... Youku has over 110 dramas in the slow cooker and on the shelf, and they gave investors a taste on Sept 16, during their bi-annual conference to peak to the interest of sponsors to fund productions, which is the only way a drama will be released, whether it's by funding the project itself or the marketing. We have SO much ground to cover, so I will not linger here.
Announcements:
An Early Spring sequel??? I wonder if it will be a spin off like Hidden Love and First Frost, or if it will genuinely be a sequel. It was also announced that the yet to air A Chan is also getting a sequel!
Also... the queen returns! But she's also directing! I really hope this works out for Zhao Lusi because she gets roasted for merely existing, but it's cool to see Idol actors walking down more serious paths.
