Synopsis:

Spoiler-Free Mini Review:
What a surprise! I was prepared for the typical rebirth/revenge storyline with all the frustration and scheming concubines the genre can offer (of which there was a fair amount), but this had so much satisfying payoff and people making good decisions. The characters were so likable and we finally got an ML who is a bright green flag waving in the wind. He loved the FL and acted like he did, he communicated, he didn't assume the worst. God bless. Enough with these trashcan MLs. Although I could have done without his raggedy ponytail and chunky belts.
I'm usually not the biggest fan of this actor and his mumbling ways but his character was just so likeable, so he gets a pass. I'm not sure why this is rated only an 8.3 on MDL. It might be because so many rebirth stories have come out in the last couple years or because it's quite different from the novel. But the novel also has literally 842 chapters...
Story=4.75 ( The motives were dubious at best but I loved how everything weaved together)
Acting=3.75 (The Princess Royal and her evil twirls were serving Disney villain. She was doing the most when she maybe should have just done what the script required lol.)
Production Quality=2.5 (The terrible costumes were distracting. From the bulky belts, ninja turtle armor, and FL's blatantly ill-fitting attire)
Ending=5 (Perfection--No notes)
Enjoyability= 5 (What a ride. I was hooked).
