King the Land is a fluffy, no stakes rom com about the "king" (aka Chaebol) of a hotel who falls in love with a capable employee. It gave hallmark and 2010's rom com energy, but I still wanted more from it...

6.4/10 Stars: A middle of the road period fantasy drama without high highs or low lows.

7.25/10 Stars: Not a must watch, but a fun time with a whacky premise that somehow works.

8/10 Stars: Objectively, the drama deserves a higher rating, but the content was too graphic for my taste. I am a wee babe when it comes to bloodshed. I recommend for non-sensitive viewers.

8.4/10: Friends fall in and out of love in a coming of adulthood tale filled with comedy, career chasing, and the pursuit of dreams.
