3.6/5 Stars: A stand alone prequel to the famed Chief Inspector series (1971) that explores South Korean crime in the 1950's and shines in its camaraderie. There are violent crimes that do constitute an MA rating, but it's on the lighter side in comparison to many other dramas with that rating.
