5.1/10 Stars: A highly anticipated Wuxia that proved to be one of the biggest disappointments of the year, which is impressive considering the year was 2020. Everything was stale from the sets to the story to the acting. You're better off reading the book.

6.6/10 Stars: Ahh! A mediocre prequel to the Fox Spirit Matchmaker series that can (AND SHOULD) be watched as a standalone. It's the only good one of the three. Please spare yourselves from the others.

6.8/10 Stars: This was not good and I know that. In fact, it was downright ridiculous, but I watched the whole thing. It leans both dark AND childish somehow, and I thought we would land some place different than we did. What a fever dream. I don't really recommend, but you do you.

8/10 Stars: A Ming Dynasty Bachelorette where the winner not only gets a rose, but a big ol' tea farm in a romance starring a feirce FL and a loyal ML, whose love story took the backseat to an engrossing fight for the family throne.
